1. The service
Keep Moments is a credit-based marketplace of AI travel tools. Each tool has a fixed credit cost. You purchase credits and spend them on the tools you want to use.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
3. Credits
- 1 credit costs €0.10 (or the equivalent in USD, GBP or PLN at live rates displayed at checkout).
- The minimum first purchase is 50 credits.
- Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Every AI tool displays its exact credit cost before you run it.
4. Payment
Bank transfer is available today. Card, PayPal and Stripe are coming soon. Orders are placed at checkout; credits are added to your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed. Invoices are emailed automatically.
5. AI outputs
AI outputs are generated on demand and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying critical details (visa rules, health information, flight prices, safety conditions) with authoritative sources before acting on them. We do not guarantee that outputs are error-free, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. Full rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All platform code, design, branding and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You keep the rights to outputs generated for you, subject to any third-party rights and applicable law.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud, or that put the platform at risk. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of habitual residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection rules; otherwise, by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your consumer rights.
